There’s no doubt that Autumn is firmly making its presence felt – we’re enjoying sunny days, colder mornings and Strictly Come Dancing is back on the telly.
Now is a great time to get out and about with your dog and enjoy the very best that the English countryside has to offer with the amazing changing colours of the landscape before the chill of winter sets in.
Before you know it, we’ll all be reaching for the central heating (if you haven’t already!) and wondering whether we’re odds on for a white Christmas.
While you start to dig out your warm jumpers and winter coats, give some thought to your pet’s attire so your dog is ready to tackle the winter season in style.
We don’t mean catwalk – excuse the pun – fashion but making sure that your pet will be safe once the clocks go back.
Right up your street
Our reflective range for dogs will be right up your street if you have to walk your pet in the dark mornings or evenings. With nights drawing in as early as mid afternoon in some parts of the UK, an LED dog jacket or reflective dog coat can help your pet be easily identified. They come in a range of sizes to suit all breeds of dog.
Other options include a reflective dog collar or bandana, flashing safety lights that can be attached to a collar or a safety halo that creates a highly visible light that can be seen for up to 500 metres, giving motorists advance warning of your pet’s presence. It’s water resistant for the more adventurous pets.
Be safe and be seen!
